Tell us a little about yourself! I am a 73-year-old woman with a grown up daughter and live in north Germany.
When I stopped working I did not know what to do with all of my leisure time so I started knitting, crocheting, beading - and one day all people around me had my accessories. So I try to sell my unique items now. I had the choice of being a member to a Germany platform or to Etsy and after I realized how many nice people without envy are on Etsy I decided to open my shop here. And I do not regret it.
Where did you get your shop name? My shop name is also my middle name.
What is the best part about your life as an artist? As a pensioner I have a lot of time to realize my ideas. After decades of working this is just awesome!
If you could be any place in the world, where would you go? It doesn’t matter where I am I just need the sun!
What is your favorite bible verse? I only know it in German: Psalter, Kapitel 139, Vers 9: Nähme ich Flügel der Morgenröte und bliebe am äußersten Meer, so würde auch dort deine Hand mich führen und deine Rechte mich halten.
Do you have a favorite listing? I think this pincushion shows the warmth of a sunny day, the warmth of a home.
