Thank You, Samantha! ~~~

Tell us a little bit about yourself: I am a Christian young lady, recent homeschool graduate and stay-at-home-daughter (at least for now). I have many interests that range from cooking, baking, crafting and music to hosting parties, traveling and blogging. I have been a seller on Etsy for about 3 1/2 years and can't image life without it!

Miniature Peapod Necklace

How did you get your start on Etsy? My older sister first introduced my to Etsy back in 2009. We both enjoyed working on craft projects, so we decided to try out hand at selling items online. Because I wasn't legally old enough to own a shop by myself, this worked out perfectly. Our shop did amazingly well that first year, and I think because of that I was motivated to keep things up even after my sister didn't sell her items anymore.

Peach Ruffle Rose Earrings

How did you choose your shop name? Because my sister and I were both selling items in the start, we mixed our names with creations (for what I sell) and come up with the name Emariecreations.

Cream Rose Filigree Ring

What does a typical day look like for you? My days starts with devotions (I'm currently reading through the Bible in a year), then housework. I enjoy organization/interior decorating, so I am usually working on some kind of decorating or organization project. I also try to get in exercise, blogging, outdoor time (if the weather permits) and music. Most of my crafting happens in the evening, or if I have time, during the afternoon. I also hope to have a part time job/volunteer position in the near future, Lord willing.

Mum Flower Bobby Pins in Tutti Fruiti Colors

If you could be anywhere in the world for one day, where would it be? I would really like to visit either New Zealand or Ireland. I love beautiful scenery, and both of these countries have an abundance of gorgeous scenery! I would do a lot of hiking if I visited those places.

Red and White Donut Push Pins

What is your favorite Bible verse? I have many, but one that comes to mind right now is Ephesians 2:8-10.I have memorized this verse because it is such a powerful way to simply and clearly present the Gospel message to someone.

Polymer Clay Owl Miniature

What is your favorite Etsy item listing to feature?

You do great work! I've seen the mum flower bobby pins around in various treasuries and always find your photography attractive and your products to be beautifully detailed.
Nice to get to know you a bit.

You have an adorable shop Samantha. I love all the color and detail you put into your work. My favorite, although it was hard to pick just one, is http://www.etsy.com/listing/92791669/elegant-deep-purple-rose-necklace. The rose looks so perfect! Great job.

Wonderful write-up on Samantha! It's difficult to choose a favorite when there are so many pretty items to look at in her shop. If I had to choose just one, I would say the snowman ornaments. My family gets a new decoration each year to add to our tree.
