Do you not know?Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God,the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.  He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:28-31
It is Fall in the United States.  This means that leaves are falling, plants stop blooming and it is getting colder.  All the plants go into hibernation to become a stronger, thriving one in the Spring.   In our everyday Christian walk do you give yourself time to renew just like the plants and trees?  This time of year, especially right before the Christmas season is upon is, is a perfect time to collect yourself and regroup with our creator.  Perhaps you have been struggling with things that you think no one can understand and so you have kept it from God too.  He already knows your thoughts so he already knows you have been hiding.  But He also is a gracious and loving God waiting for you like a parent waits for their child.  In this time, contemplate your heart. Clear out the closet, so to speak.  Be ready to approach the Christmas season with joy and love and be ready to give of yourself just like Christ.
