SPAGHETTI SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
1 BOTTLE OF KRAFT CATALINA SALAD DRESSING
2-4 STALKS OF SCALLIONS (USE JUST THE GREEN PART)
½ GREEN PEPPER
½ RED PEPPER
½  YELLOW PEPPER
2 CUPS SHRIMP OR CHICKEN
DIRECTIONS:

COOK 1  LB OF SPAGHETTI ( I LIKE ANGEL HAIR) WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL TO KEEP FROM STICKING TOGETHER. DRAIN AND RINSE IN COLD WATER  REMOVING EXCESS STARCH.  PLACE SPAGHETTI IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENT EXCEPT SHRIMP/CHICKEN AND MIX WELL TOGETHER. FOLD IN SHRIMP/CHICKEN AND CHILL UNTIL COLD.

This is a wonderful salad for the summer and you can substitute zesty Italian Dressing as well and add cherry or small slices of tomato.

I've never thought of spaghetti salad--even though we use to eat spaghetti pie. Thanks for posting!

Sounds yummy. I would have to use it for ramen noodles since I can't eat the spaghetti.
