Please introduce yourself!
I am a stay at home momma of two wonderful boys!  However, the school system has them most of the day, so I am left to babysit other’s children and the 2 mischievous dogs.  I am often found at the church, studying or working for the Lord!  When I am neither at home or church, look at the school.  I am a grade mother for both children and a den leader for the cub scouts. Scouting has become a family activity as my very loving husband took the role as the Pack Master!  I am also the tax collector for our township.  I have been very blessed with meeting the people of the community and having very nice chats with many of them.  Knowing that God and my family comes first, that is where my true love lies.  However, I have an inner passion that is constant and all crafters know what I am talking about!  That “Gotta Create” feeling!  In between the cleaning, family, and activities...well...I create!  It does not matter what I am making as long as it involves a bit of creativity!  The different materials are just as much fun!  I really enjoy using different materials and coming up with different ways to use them.  By doing the same thing over and over...quite frankly....puts me in drone mode!   I really love the crafting that challenges my skills.  I have been drawing every since I can remember.  It was my way of saying that I was very bored with school.  The teachers had to look through the doodles to find my answers.  I also used it as my escape route for the everyday pressures of being a teen. While I was in school, I won a couple of art awards.  As an adult, it helps alleviates stress...be on the look out when I can’t get to the supplies!!!  And this is life as I know it!

-How did you get your start on Etsy?
I was at a craft show in late November and met some new crafters that I enjoyed working around.  As crafters we naturally chatted about our different options with our products.  One of the crafters suggested Etsy!  This thought tickled me pink because I wanted a way to get my crafts out there FROM HOME!  Sounded too good to be true!  I had to try it!  AND I LOVE IT!

-How did you choose your shop name?
I love hearing my boys call me Momma!  When I was pregnant with my first son, a co-worker called me Momma T!  I kinda liked it!!!  I thought of when the boys bring friends home, do they call me mom, Tiff, Tiffany, Hey You...Naw....I like MommaT!!!  As much as I love children, I thought I could adopt all of them with the name like MommaT and not upset their real Mommas!!!  My husband and I enjoy riding motorcycle.  I put the Biker Momma together with MommaT!  Sounded fun and funky and yet fits ME!

-What does a typical day look like for you?
I have no such thing as a typical day...it is like trying to define normal...It can not be done.  My day depends on if school is in, if my hubby has to work, who needs a sitter, what errands need to be run, who needs to pay taxes, and holidays at the school are interesting!  Toss in Mondays with Mom and Dad, church and scout activities; I spend most my time jumping from one activity to another...no rest till I am exhausted or sick!  They are mostly spent with children and dogs at home.  Answering the phone, cleaning house, and wiping...well you get the picture!

-If you could be anywhere in the world for one day, where would it be?
Kenya

-What is your favorite Bible verse?
1 Corinthians 13:4-13
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.  8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.  13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. (This is my favorite because it shows if your love is obedient and true to the word, you can forgive anyone for anything...ONE Major Key to Getting to Heaven.)
