Introduction: I am a stay-at-home mom to a little girl and love being home with her. I wouldn’t want my life any other way. I have been married for 5 years and our wedding inspired me to start making jewelry. I made a jewelry piece for me and all of my 7 bridesmaid’s jewelry! I LOVE using wire to solder and wrap into pieces of jewelry. And really enjoy finding special beads to incorporate into my designs. I admit that I am a bead-aholic and my husband would agree.
How did you get your start on Etsy? I joined Etsy in 2008 just by randomly searching on the internet. I fell in love with the handmade items on it. I would spend a lot of time just looking at the beautiful art.
What does a typical day look like for you? I wish I could say that I spend most of my day in my studio designing beautiful pieces but my typical day is waking up to my 4 year crawling into my bed at 7am. I am a stay-at-home mom and love love love my job. Maybe when she is much older I will have the chance to be in my studio. I am thankful that I even have a studio to work in. I will usually design jewelry at night when my daughter goes to bed. This is exactly where the Lord wants me right now and I am ok with that!! There is a time and season for everything.
If you could be anywhere in the world for one day, where would it be? If I could be anywhere in the world for one day, it would be on the beach of a secluded island with my lovely family.
What is your favorite Bible Verse? Philippians 3:13-14 Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
What is your favorite Etsy Item listing? My favorite listing on my site is: My "Faith, Hope, Love" Bracelet
