Introduction
I am a wife of 31 yrs. and a mother of 12 children, ages 10-36 (2 of which reside with the King). I thank God for His promise of eternal life and that we will see our loved ones again!! I also have 2 grandkids, Hannah 14, and Adrian 8. Adrian is mildly autistic and the 1st time he ever spoke to me was when he was 5. He said,"Gramma can I have more chocolate ice cream?"

We have homeschooled for 20 years and are currently homeschooling the youngest 4 children.

I enjoy: walks in the park, finding Victorian items, having our girls weekend each Fall with my sister,daughter-in-law and middle daughter at my oldest daughter's in NH, finding the tiniest flowers possible and being in awe of God's marvelous wonders, holding babies, spying a Red-Tailed Kite or a Blue Heron as I am driving along, enjoying our memory garden and the flowers that bloom in it from spring till fall, working on my king-sized quilt has has been an on-going project for over 10 years, meeting people in the store and asking, "Do I know you?" my 10 year old says I always say that!! LOL, having Victorian tea parties where we speak with English accents and talk about the queen, de-tangling a mess of necklaces (I'm a problem solver :o), eating salads and organic foods, watching old classic movies........

How did you get your start on Etsy?
My mother was a Depression Glass and after my she'd passed away I started selling her inventory for my dad. Little by little I bought more vintage supplies and made handmade items to sell.

What does a typical day look like for you?
OY! ... First thing each a.m., I walk my 6 mth. old Shih-Poo, Muffy. After that I usually start a load of laundry. I do a load of towels and my personal laundry nearly each day. At one time I did 18 loads of laundry a week! :OP ( Now each one has their day to do their laundry!! YAY!!)

Next, I have my quiet time. Getting my spiritual tank filled is necessary for me. Then, I usually check my shop to see if there are orders to pack or convos to answer. Now it's time to get the kids started on their schoolwork. Sometimes I pack orders while answering questions or giving directions. Soon it's time to drive kids to their co-op art or Science class. I might go to the PO to send out my orders at that time. In the afternoons I can be found taking pictures or listing items. At the present season, 3 of our boys are on 2 baseball teams, so I take along a project to work on. I like to keep my hands busy.

We all share the supper meal duty...(my 18 yr old daughter's idea!!!) so on Sun. and Wed. I make the meal. That's generally what my day looks like. I am usually the 1st one up and the last one in bed.

If you could be anywhere in the world for one day, where would it be?
I think I have always desired to see Switzerland. You know, Heidi, The Alps!!

What is your favorite Bible verse?
I have a few favorites, one of which is the Aaronic Blessing: Num 6:23-27
23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, 24 The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: 25 The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: 26 The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. 27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel, and I will bless them.
Also, Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

What is your favorite Etsy item listing to feature?
I guess I really love the Victorian items.
