Writer Elisabeth from AronaDesigns
Only a day late, we would like to welcome our Wednesday featured artist here! Her work is beautiful AND there is a giveaway-more about that lady. We'll get right into the interview:

Your name: Holly Ann Shaw

Your shop name(s): Haleighanna's Hands
-Give away item (optional, but it gets more visibility to your shop): Here's the giveawaywww.etsy.com/listing/110984218/flowers-of-spring-original-art

Introduce yourself!: (a little about yourself-bio): I am a Midwestern girl who decided to follow a dream and moved to Portland, Oregon. I left a corporate job so that I could work on getting to know myself better as an artist. I have been a Christ-follower for the last 15 years and have counseled adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse for the last five years, helping them to heal and grow closer to Christ.

How did you get your start on Etsy?: Etsy is a great platform for getting your work out into the marketplace. I love the fact that I can get my work out in front of people who are looking for handmade items.

How did you choose your shop name?: In college I had a friend who told me that I should start spelling my name as "Ha-leigh-anna" and it stuck. And since this is the work of my hands, I decided to call my store Haleighanna's Hands.

What does a typical day look like for you?:
Most of day is spent in my studio, working with paper, paint and glue. The late afternoons I am cooking, or working on my blog, or social media.

If you could be anywhere in the world for one day, where would it be?: Without a doubt, I would spend the day on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. Rich, deep colors mixed with incredible landscapes and solitude.

What is your favorite Bible verse?
Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,
neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

What is your favorite Etsy item listing to feature?

Thank you for introducing us to this wonderful shop. I love the creativity and style behind the items. If I had to pick one thing I like the most it would be the shabby chic button wreath or the pink pomander- so sweet!
